Introduction

Single Piece EPS Liner:

• One-piece, multi-density EPS liner molds all densities of EPS into a one-piece
• With all layers unified, the various densities work together during an impact

PB-cLC Outer Shell:

Patented Hidden Vent Ports:

The very same PB-cLc shell technology from Arai’s track-ready helmets like the Corsair and Quantum is alive and well in the Classic-V Helmet. Below the hand-layered fiberglass shell is a single-piece EPS liner, which helps contribute to both the Classic-V’s slim, compact overall profile and Snell M2020 safety certification.

Cool

With a patented ventilation system, the Classic-V’s “classic” looks go without compromise. Just above the rider’s brow – where Classic-V’s shell and interior liners meet – are three, discrete intake vents that bring fresh air into the helmet. From there, a central channel in the helmet’s EPS moves air over the rider’s head, letting hot air escape. At the back of the helmet, along the rider’s neck, patented venturi ports evacuate this hot, stale air from the helmet’s interior at speed.
